💼 Job Responsibilities:
The selected IT Officer will be responsible for:
Providing technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, servers, printers, and network devices
Installing, configuring, and updating software and operating systems
Ensuring data backup and enforcing security protocols
Managing and maintaining IT inventory
Coordinating with vendors and service providers for IT equipment and support
🎓 Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any relevant field
🧑💻 Experience:
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the relevant IT field
🛠️ Required Skills and Expertise:
Proficiency in Windows OS, networking, and hardware troubleshooting
Strong experience with LAN/WAN, CCTV systems, and internet configuration
